We are constantly critiquing our performance
and to this end were one of the first facilities
in Otago to be ISO 9002 certified.

 

Since our establishment in 1988, we have had
an ongoing policy of upgrading and refining
the services and facilities we offer to residents.

We offer our residents all normal services and
facilities that you would expect to find in a
residential care centre.... But we believe we
have gone further than others. For example,
in addition to the range of apartments offered
in our sister facility, Glenbrook Apartments,
we have created 13 studio apartments within
Birchleigh Residential Care Centre as fully
licensed rest home rooms.
